Job Description:

Process Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the overall performance & generating reports of all 3PLs (Third Party Logistics)

Your role is to:

Coordinate with all the 3PLs including performance management and process development.
Prepare report on overall Performance and on other assigned projects.
Following up and escalating Backlog Performance of internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate with internal, external, and regional stakeholders to ensure the project target and timeliness.
Integrated API system with all the logistics partners to get real-time visibility and performing UATs for any system configuration.
Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and development of operational activities.
Analysis of customer reviews or DSAT to increase the customer satisfaction level with regional attachment.
Conducting Training with the assistance of regional team for 3PLs

A little bit about you:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and strong numerical and analytical ability
Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure
Highly adaptable to the quick-changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft excel & power point
